A. Tuberous breasts are smaller amd the nippleareola complex (NAC) protrudes and is bigger. I do a periareolar breast augmentation and if needed combine the incision in the lower areola with a reduction in size of the areola. The size of your implants depends on your breast and chest dimensions. A round silicone implant (Allergan ) is used.The cost is between £4200 and £4500
